The project website served as the hub for all communications efforts. Tracking and analytics helped us better understand the audience for the effort and measure our success against the project goals. A project breakdown and accompanying video series provided more context for each major element of the project – Energy Use Improvements, Water Efficiency Gains and HVAC Updates – to help consumers connect to steps they could take at home.

Black "Green" Friday Promotion
Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Punta Cana is the only Nickelodeon all-inclusive luxury beach resort in the Caribbean. The all-ages destination combines the modern, five-star pampering of Karisma Hotels & Resorts with the beloved playfulness of Nickelodeon.
The resort wanted to drive holiday bookings during the cold New York months of November and December. This campaign landing page was created to promote Black Friday and won a 2017 Silver ADDY.

Our team conducted in-depth target user experience testing to inform its best-practices recommendations for site structure, organization and layout. The leading-edge, mobile-first design captures the college’s innovative spark, while infusing the friendly warmth of its South Florida locale. The copy is short, compelling and audience-friendly, sharing NSU MD’s differentiating benefits and offering easy pathways to deeper detail.
L'CHAIM HOSPICE
Website Redesign
Our Starmark team created a personalized user experience for L’Chaim’s Jewish community in South Florida. Using stakeholder interview insights and user testing, the team created a dramatically simpler information architecture and navigation structure. The goal is to live the mission of compassion by helping patients and family members find information more quickly and intuitively. Photos and written content were revised to match the direction of the brand’s personality and identity.

Our Starmark team helped NSU Florida take their new brand to market and increase their national reputation among prospective undergrad, graduate and professional students.

Internal PR communications, academic departments, apparel vendors and student organizations all touch the NSU brand in some capacity. With so many moving pieces and players involved, it was important for everyone to be on the same page. Starmark created an online brand guidelines site to assist each player in knowing how to accurately convey and communicate the brand. NSU now has a new way to tell the NSU story, complete with a brand promise and directions to execute tone of voice, wordmarks, photography/video, editorial copy and more. Easily accessible and convenient, the guidelines ensured the brand will live on.
